Rossinavi is an Italian superyacht builder based in Viareggio, Tuscany, building full-custom and semi-custom yachts from approximately 30 meters to more than 70 meters (98 to 230+ ft). The family-owned shipyard retains significant engineering, metalworking, and electro-hydraulic capability in-house. For owners, that gives the yard considerable flexibility to develop a yacht around a specific cruising program, layout, technical brief, and approach to life aboard.
The Builder
Rossinavi’s roots trace to the Rossi family’s metalworking and shipbuilding business in Viareggio. Brothers Claudio and Paride Rossi built their early reputation fabricating steel and aluminum structures for the marine industry and later supplying hulls and superstructures to established Italian shipyards.
The Rossinavi brand was introduced in 2007 as the family moved from subcontracted construction into building yachts under its own name. Today, Rossinavi operates production facilities in Viareggio and Pisa, supported by its mechanical operation in Viareggio. Keeping a significant portion of engineering and fabrication within the company gives the shipyard direct control over many of the systems and components that shape a custom project.
Rossinavi works with designers and naval architects including Fulvio De Simoni, Enrico Gobbi, Philippe Briand, Tommaso Spadolini, and Arrabito Naval Architects. The shipyard has also invested heavily in hybrid-electric propulsion, battery storage, solar integration, and intelligent energy management through its BluE & Innovation program.
