George Jousma
George Jousma brings more than 40 years of executive experience representing the Italian yachting sector in the Americas, where he is largely responsible for expanding its robust footprint. This specialization has served as a catalyst for the Italian Yacht Group brand. Jousma became President of Allied Marine/ Richard Bertram Yachts in 1994 and grew the company from one product line of yachts with less than $20 million in sales into an organization of over 200 people, 9 locations and sales revenues of over $200 million. During Jousma’s 14-year tenure, Allied became one of the largest distributers of Azimut, Benetti and Ferretti yachts in the Americas, leading to its purchase by the Ferretti Group in 2008. Jousma founded Sanlorenzo of the Americas the same year, serving as President and CEO for a decade and building Sanlorenzo into one of the top motoryacht brands in the Americas today. With a reputation for building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues, Jousma is widely recognized throughout the yachting industry for his integrity and professionalism. Jousma served on the board and as a two term President of the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA), the largest professional group of its kind in the world. He has been an active participant in the Marine Industries Association of South Florida (MIASF). A lifelong boater from the Midwestern U.S., Jousma holds a business degree from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.

Boomer Jousma has accrued over a decade of experience as a yachting professional and ranks among the top new yacht brokers in the industry today. Servicing both buyers and sellers of a variety of quality brokerage yachts, Boomer has impressively been involved in the sale and construction of over a dozen new-build Italian yachts above 75 ft. in the past 36 months alone. With an expansive network of captains, industry colleagues and loyal customers, Boomer has become known for the breadth of his knowledge and consistently high quality of service. He has operated throughout the world, selling and delivering boats to a wide variety of international locations. VITTORIA Santarone
Vittoria is the Italian of The IYG. Born and raised in Northern Italy, near Lake Como, she began her adventure in the boating business working for an offshores racing shipyard on the lake, while she was graduating in Economics at Bocconi University in Milano. For 10 years Vittoria worked for Sanlorenzo on the sales and project team, where she started building her knowledge on the Italian new builds from 60’ to 130’. In 2014 she was transferred overseas where, thanks to George, she developed a unique eye and attention to what a US customer is looking for in a yacht, combining the Italian and American culture in Yachting and where she discovered and learned the brokerage business. CONRAD Vanderlely
Conrad’s passion for boating and marine life came at an early age. “My father began his own business, Offshore Marine in Fort Lauderdale, catering to high performance engines and marine rigging.. I remember spending my summers learning the basic knowledge of boat construction and marine engines." Being born and raised on the waters of Fort Lauderdale, Conrad begged for his first boat at 12 years old. It was then with his 15 foot Boston Whaler that Conrad knew he wanted to have a career in the Boating Industry. He was always fascinated by Marine life and is an avid surfer and free diver. Conrad obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science at Nova Southeastern University. Expanding his awareness of the environment, Conrad focused his interest in sustainability. Conrad’s reliability and efficient work ethic will ensure a positive experience for his customers. His integrity, caring approach and strong customer service orientation allows for long lasting friendships.

Jared Hassut
Born and raised in South Florida, Jared started in the marine industry as a kid washing boats and tagging along on yacht deliveries and trips as a deckhand. While learning the ropes on deck and growing in the industry it was only the natural progression of things for him to embark on a journey in the world of yacht sales. Jared has spent many years leading up to his position at the IYG on the service side which has become great asset to his clients when it comes time to buy or sell.
