In 1981, Founders Tilli Antonelli, Fausto Filippetti, and Giuliano Onori pooled their talents and creativity to focus on building fast moving luxury power boats at a time when little attention was paid to performance in the motor yacht market. 

Since the launch of its first design in 1985, the 45-foot Pershing 145, the company has been making waves in the luxury yachting industry through their desire to match motor yacht luxury with speedboat performance.  

As Pershing’s reputation for designing luxury yachts with sports car speed and handling grew, the brand gained recognition and popularity and the yacht builder’s performance models became a hit in the United States, the Mediterranean, and beyond. 

Acquired by the Ferretti Group in 1996, the partnership between Pershing and Ferretti allowed the company to expand operations and led to the release of the company’s iconic 50-, 60-, and 72, foot models. Today’s lineup has grown to include 82, 92, 108, 115, and 140 foot models.

Although their luxury yachts have been highly sought-after for their world-renowned performance and handling, Pershing’s partnership with the innovative Ferretti Group has allowed the company to also focus on pushing the boundaries of comfort, quality, and style.

Pershing Yachts has received numerous awards in the Custom Yacht category for their sleek and sporty model 6X and 8X, as well as Best Exterior Design for the Model 140. Underway, passengers are insulated from noise and vibration while riding in Pershing’s elegant spaces, each bathed in abundant natural light.

Every decision, from interior décor, to hull construction, to engine selection, is carefully considered so that nothing will prevent a Pershing Yacht from reaching industry-leading speeds on the water.

Pershing has a patented surface drive technology. They are rooster tail shooting express boats and more, going 40kts and above, and there is a certain buyer looking for just that!
