Top 5 Must-See Yachts at FLIBS 2025: IYG’s Brokerage Picks

|

Have a look at some of The Italian Yacht Group’s favorite brokerage picks at this year’s Fort Lauderdale International boat show.

The 2025 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is right around the corner, and that means it’s time for prospective buyers to sharpen up their knowledge base around what will be lining the docks. Fort Lauderdale is the largest in-water boat show in the world, and as such there are loads of great yachts (and great deals) to be had. Here are five of our favorite yachts on the secondary market that will be there starting October 29th.

GOLDENEYE: Sleek Mangusta Gransport 54 Yacht

Mangusta Gransport 54
GOLDENEYE Mangusta Gransport 54

GOLDENEYE is a Mangusta Gransport 54 that was originally delivered in 2020. She has a pleasingly low-profile exterior penned by Alberto Mancini, and comes in just under the magic 500-gross-ton mark. Her sleek lines are matched by her sporty performance—a hallmark of Mangusta’s builds. With quad MTUs she has over 10,000-horsepower total, and can hit 29 knots at top hop. She cruises happily right around 21 knots where her range is about 4,000 nautical miles. She sleeps 12 in seven staterooms, including a spectacular main-deck master with large, tinted windows and a private fold-out terrace. The yacht also has accommodations for a crew of nine

This yacht was also built to entertain. On her foredeck is a massive splash pool that has a transparent bottom that sheds even more light on the master stateroom below. A beach club has terraces that foldout to create a huge alfresco entertainment area that is great for lounging in the sun or for using the yacht’s array of toys.

She completed her five-year survey in August and is considered fully turn key. Whoever snatches this yacht up will be getting a gem.

EIV: Exclusive Rossinavi Vector 50M Yacht

Rossinavi Vector 50M
EIV Rossinavi Vector 50M

EIV is a very special yacht from Rossinavi. The 48.8-meter yacht is the only Vector 50M model ever built by the company. Both her interior and exterior design was done by Venice, Italy’s Team for Design, and led by none other than Enrico Gobbi—a frequent Rossinavi collaborator. Naval architecture was done by Arrabito Naval Architects in conjunction with Rossinavi. The yacht was constructed entirely in aluminum. This offers a few benefits, but perhaps none so important for South Florida boaters as her shallow draft. At just 7-feet, 6-inches, the yacht can navigate her way into many skinny-water destinations in the Bahamas.

EIV runs twin 2,600-horsepower MTU 16V 2000 M96Ls which give her a top speed of 19 knots and a cruise speed of 16 knots. She is also fully transatlantic, with a range of 3,600 nautical miles. She sleeps 10 in five staterooms, and also has accommodations for nine crew members. Some of the IYG’s favorite features onboard include a plunge pool and a hammam, perfect for a spa-day experience.

CONTIGO: Benetti Oasis 40M Yacht for Entertaining

Benetti Oasis 40M
CONTIGO Benetti Oasis 40M

The Benetti CONTIGO is the 16th yacht in the builder’s Oasis 40M series, so you know by now they’ve got this lineup dialed in. CONTIGO does not disappoint with a layout tailor made for entertaining. She sports the now iconic Oasis aft deck that brings her guests out into the elements and closer to the water. With fold-out terraces, an infinity pool aft, and a lounge area forward, this deck is sure to be an attraction at the show.

CONTIGO also shines for her shallow draft, which comes in at just 7 feet, making her an excellent Bahamas boat. She can sleep up to 12 guests in six cabins, highlighted by a full-beam, main-deck owners stateroom with a massive walk-in closet.

Most meals will likely be taken on her sundeck, where guests can dine with refreshing breezes caressing their shoulders. After eating guests can walk a few feet to the Jacuzzi to take a dip.

CONTIGO has graceful lines drawn by London’s RWD, a true blue-chip design firm known for its mastery of proportion. This is a yacht that both makes her guests feel at home, and makes a statement when she comes into port.

FIFI: Refitted Custom Line 108 Yacht with Charter Potential

FIFI Custom Line 108
FIFI Custom Line 108

The 108-foot FIFI was launched by Custom Line in 2018 and underwent a thorough refit just last year. Her exteriors were done by Zuccon International Project while her interiors were tastefully appointed by Giussepina Arena. A highlight that everyone who steps aboard seems to fall in love with is FIFI’s sundeck which is equipped with a Jacuzzi, bar, lounge spaces, and a nicely sized dining table for alfresco meals. She also has a dropdown balcony off her salon, and a beach club that provides loads of fun when packed with water toys.

FIFI has a main-deck master with a king-sized berth and a roomy head. Down below there are four more staterooms all of which have ample stowage and a suitable amount of sound attenuation to ensure everyone gets a good night’s sleep.

One thing we like about FIFI is that she lends herself well to charter. This is the kind of yacht that you can easily use for yourself for part of the year, but then also offset some costs by putting her on the charter market for about $110,00 per week.

SWEET VIRGINIA: Sanlorenzo SL96A Yacht with Asymmetrical Design

SWEET VIRGINIA Sanlorenzo SL96A
SWEET VIRGINIA Sanlorenzo SL96A

From Sanlorenzo we have an interesting yacht in the 96-foot SL96A SWEET VIRGINIA. Imbued with an asymmetrical design by Zuccon International Project, this trait offers her 15-percent more interior volume than similarly sized yachts.

That interior is typical of a Sanlorenzo in that the fit and finish and overall feel are exceptional. Sole-to-ceiling windows in the salon flood that deck with light, adding even more brightness to an interior that is beachy and homey, with a touch of modernist influence.

Forward on that same deck prospective owners will find an en suite master with a king-sized bed and loads of space. Down below there are three more cabins which include a versatile and functional twin-VIP layout which is great for couples cruising or chartering. (Nobody will be bickering over who got the better room.)

SWEET VIRGINIA can hit 28 knots on the pins if you need to outrun a storm, but she’d rather be cruising comfortably at 25 knots where her range is just north of 1,200 nautical miles. Her spacious and well laid out engine room houses twin 2,400-horsepower MTU 16V2000 M86, and will keep the captain and crew happy.
