With a new year fast approaching, IYG looks back on what was a smashing 2025.
As the holiday madness winds down, it’s always prudent to take a moment to reflect back on the year that was. Here at IYG, we have plenty to be grateful for, as 2025 was a successful year by any measure. We were fortunate enough to achieve major milestones while also focusing on the fundamentals that continue to set us apart. Throughout the year, we remained steadfast in our role as the world’s expert in brokering Italian yachts, while also expanding our reach through partnerships with some of the most respected shipyards across Europe and beyond.
Leading the Market in Italian & European New-Construction Yachts
This past year saw exceptionally strong new-construction business at IYG, with more than $100 million in custom yacht projects under contract. These complex endeavors are made possible by the deep, long-standing relationships we have cultivated with Europe’s leading yacht builders. Countless shipyard visits, designer collaborations, and completed projects have further cemented IYG’s position as the clear leader in bringing European yachts to the American market.

In 2025, we completed full build cycles with some of Europe’s most prestigious shipyards, including Rossinavi and Vanquish, among others. We also continued to broaden our global perspective, conducting in-depth visits to Northern Europe’s most revered shipyards, including Lürssen, Feadship, and Oceanco, reinforcing our commitment to offering clients unparalleled access and insight.
Brokerage Success, Yacht Launches & Global Deliveries in 2025
The year also marked a healthy volume of yacht launches and deliveries. Highlights included the 45-meter No Limits from Rossinavi, an Ocean Alexander 30R, Wajer 77, and a Palm Beach 70.

Brokerage remained a core strength of the business as well. In 2025, IYG successfully closed 25 brokerage transactions, with multiple new-build projects contracted for future delivery. This success was supported in part by the team’s extensive global travel, including attendance at eight major international boat shows, underscoring our hands-on approach and dedication to client service.
Expanding the IYG Team, Strengthening Client Experiences & Looking Ahead to 2026
We were also proud to welcome Robbie LaGuardia to the IYG team as our newest broker. Robbie brings with him a level of discipline, integrity, and leadership shaped by his time at the U.S. Naval Academy and in service—qualities that align seamlessly with IYG’s values. He joins George Jousma in our Palm Beach office.

In addition, we refreshed our boat show presence with redesigned displays and upgraded furnishings, creating an environment that feels like a true home away from home for clients and guests alike. As we look ahead to 2026, we see a year filled with continued growth, exciting launches, and new opportunities.

We thank our clients, partners, and friends for their continued trust and support. From all of us at the Italian Yacht Group, we wish you a wonderful holiday season and a happy New Year.
