Phase I - Shipyard Period:

While the vessel is currently in “laid-up” status with the Marshall Islands, this phase is to service all items requiring dry-docking/yard facilities, make the vessel safe to accommodate live-aboard crew & facilitate what’s needed for further fitting out into “Phase II”. Items are:

1. Hull & Running Gear

-Hull Ultrasound:

Hull to be ultra-sounded by Hartmann Bros. & confirmed that plating is with required thresholds. COMPLETED

-Thru-Hull or”skin-valves”:

All valves to be removed & tested. Rebuilt or replaced as needed so all are stamped class valves. COMPLETED

-Bucket & Trim-tab running gear serviced:

All buckets, hydraulic rams & feedback cables to be checked. Jan’24 Haul-out System to be tested on 24v pump system before launch. Jan’24 Haul-out System to be tested on PTO’s after engine commissioning. Jan’24 Haul-out (American Marine Mechanic)

-Shafts:

Removes shafts & put on a dial to confirm straight. If not, send for alignment. Receive Report COMPLETED

-Jets:

Removal & complete service... seals on pump/shaft, bearings, internals, etc.. Test & replace as needed COMPLETED

Reinstall & test operation Jan’24 Haul-out

All 3x control stations to be installed & programmed Phase-2/Spring ‘24 (C&S Marine)

-Trim-Tab System:

Design & Install of new trim-tab pump system Jan’24 Haul-out (Advantage Marine) COMPLETED

Angle Feedback for indicator Jan’24 Haul-out (American Marine Mechanic & ADG)

Final Operational Test Jan’24 Haul-out
