Italian Yacht Group is pleased to confirm the sale of the 2024 Riva 110 Dolcevita “TAKU,” a 33.53-meter flybridge motor yacht built by Riva. The yacht was offered at a last asking price of €12,800,000, with Patrick Hopkins of Italian Yacht Group representing the buyer.

At the time of sale, TAKU was one of only three late-model Riva yachts publicly available worldwide, two located in the United States and TAKU positioned in Europe. Limited supply, combined with brand pedigree and condition, contributed to a focused buyer pool and a decisive transaction.

About the Builder: Riva

Founded in 1842 on Lake Iseo, Riva is one of the most established names in Italian luxury yacht building. The brand is widely recognized for:
- Italian design heritage
- High-gloss finishes and material detailing
- Performance-driven hull platforms
- Strong global resale demand
Now part of the Ferretti Group portfolio, Riva builds sport yachts, flybridge yachts, and superyachts. The 110 Dolcevita sits within the brand’s flybridge range and reflects its modern direction, characterized by clean lines, expansive glazing, and high-volume interiors.
From an acquisition standpoint, Riva yachts consistently maintain strong brand recognition in both U.S. and European markets, reinforcing long-term liquidity and resale positioning.
Layout & Onboard Experience
Main Deck

The main deck is configured with a bright, open-plan salon and dining area. Forward, a full-beam entertainment lounge enhances social flow and offers flexibility for formal or casual use.
This forward lounge layout is a defining feature of the 110 Dolcevita platform, increasing functional volume without extending overall length.
Guest Accommodations

TAKU accommodates eight guests across four double en suite cabins on the lower deck.
At the time of sale, the master stateroom had been temporarily configured as a karaoke lounge. The new owners intend to return the space to its intended design as a full-beam master suite, restoring the yacht’s original layout.
Exterior Living

The exterior design emphasizes multi-zone entertaining:
- Foredeck: Sunpads and built-in jacuzzi
- Main Deck Aft: Dining and lounge seating
- Flybridge: Elevated social and helm area
- Swim Platform: Direct water access
The garage accommodates a Williams 565DJ tender and a Seadoo, supporting a complete watersports program.
Performance & Engineering

Constructed with a GRP hull and superstructure, TAKU is powered by twin MTU engines, delivering a top speed of 26 knots.
Gyroscopic stabilizers enhance onboard comfort in two critical scenarios:
- Underway in open water
- At anchor during guest entertaining
For experienced buyers, stabilization systems and proven MTU propulsion platforms are key decision factors in the 30–35 meter category.
Market Context: Limited Late-Model Availability

At the time of listing, only three comparable late-model Riva yachts were publicly available worldwide.
In a tight supply environment, properly priced and well-maintained examples with strong brand backing tend to transact efficiently.
This sale underscores continued demand for:
- Late-model European flybridge yachts
- Recognized Italian shipyards
- Turnkey inventory positioned in prime cruising regions
