As such she is a good charter yacht as well with good crew accommodation to look after the guests.
Entering from the aft cockpit through a large sliding door the salon is very light and has two large sofas to starboard with side tables and coffee tables to make a nice lounging area. Opposite the sofas is a low entertainment cabinet with a pop up TV screen and ample space for storage. The furniture and bulkheads are teak, finished in satin. The area is covered with a high quality carpet. All upholstery is in excellent condition.
Forward of the salon is the galley to starboard. The galley is fully fitted with double sinks, a Siemens electrical stove , a Siemens upright fridge / freezer , Siemens ovens and a Siemens dishwasher. Trash and garbage are handled by a compactor and a incinerator. The galley has plenty storage for crookery and other cuisine related equipment.
A large work top can be used in a multiple fashion including breakfast bar.
Adjacent to the galley is a dinette as well as a lower helm station covered in a fold-open cabinet.
On portside is the stairway down to the guest accommodation.
Through the aft stairway located in the salon, one enters the large crew area. To port is a crew cabin with two bunk-beds and head/shower facility. Additional storage space to starboard as well as a laundry area, equipped with a Siemens washer/dryer. A bulkhead with watertight door separates the engine room. An aft stern door gives direct access to the swim platform.
Access to the engine room is through a watertight bulkhead /door in the crew area.
The engine room has standing headroom and is well laid out with access to all machinery and systems.
The deckhead, tanks and bulkheads are finished with perforated covering plates over rock wool insulation.
All machinery and systems are provided with extensive monitoring and control systems related at both helm stations. Additional monitoring is provided by a CCTV camera.
The engine room contains the main machinery and marine systems of the boat, including the main engines, generators, starter battery bank, fuel tanks, twin bilge pumps, watermaker, hydraulic power system, stabilisers, remote controlled FM 421 fire extinguisher, charges, inverters , aircon plant.
AIRCON:
Twin 48,000 BTU sea water cooled Marine Air Systems, 230V AC, reverse cycle with fan coil units in each cabin. Digital Marine Air controls in each cabin.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:
4x Mastervolt MVG 12V/200AH starter batteries for the main engines
2x Mastervolt MVG 12V/120AH starter batteries for the generator sets
8x Mastervolt MVG 12V 200AH batteries for the house bank
DC and AC power panels with relevant selector switches (Guest)

The safety and fire protection on board KASU complies with Hong Kong Marine Department Code of Practice for Pleasure Vessels class IV.
Safety Equipment includes 27 Life Jackets, 4 Ring Buoys, 1x Buoyant Lifeline, First Aid kit.
Firefighting Equipment includes 4x dry chemical type extinguishers, a Firebox FM 241 automatic CO2 extinguisher, 2x fire buckets, fire pump, fire blanket, 6x Kidde smoke detectors.
KASU has large exterior deck areas with a working deck forward to handle the anchor and mooring gear, a forward subbed, beamy side decks either side of the super structure, a large aft cockpit, a large swim platform and a super large flybridge with a helm station, seating to starboard, a sink/wetbar/pantry to port and tender deck aft fitted with a crane.
All decks are covered with laid teak and stainless steel hand railinghe flybridge has an all weather bimini with stainless steel frame and Sunbrella canvas. The boat is fully covered with a Sunbrella all weather cover.
There are 2 deck boxes forward and port and starboard boarding gates.
