u0022Sea-Dwelleru0022 is a perfect example of a very well maintained Sunseeker Manhattan 55. With just two owners from new, one owner used the Yacht in a river in Switzerland up to 2021, whilst last July the second owners enjoyed a holiday trip from South of France where the yacht was delivered by the Seller, to Malta.

Prior to the transfer of ownership, the engine hours were just under 150, whilst following the delivery and use in Malta the yacht registered just under 260hrs.

u0022Sea-Dwelleru0022 is a 2015 Yacht, Swiss tax paid but EU Tax not paid and is owned by a Maltese Company and carries a Maltese Flag.

The first owner equipped the yacht with very useful extras that can be evidenced in this brochure and in his specifications requirements he requested that the crew cabin be converted to storage and to install the generator in this location to reduce the operating noise of the generators in the mid ship master cabin.

The engines have been equipped with a Catalytic Converter to reduce pollution as required by Swiss Authorities.

Upon arrival to Malta the new owner installed under water lights, changed the anodes, installed a black water discharge pump and a sensor to monitor and discharge the black and grey water tanks from the yacht management system.

Since arrival the Yacht has been managed by Sunseeker Malta Crew and no expense has been spared.
