2018 Sanlorenzo SL86 “Akula” SOLD

The 26.76-metre Sanlorenzo yacht Akula sold and was renamed Squalo in an in-house deal at the Italian Yacht Group, with Vittoria Santarone representing the buyer and Boomer Jousma standing in for the seller. The Italian-built yacht was delivered in 2017 as part of the Sanlorenzo SL86 series.

Squalo, meaning shark in Italian, features interior and exterior design by exterior design by Officina Italiana Design (Mauro Micheli). Her light and spacious saloon makes use of pale wood and white furnishings to emphasise the space and light within the room.

Squalo is able to sleep up to eight guests with four ensuite staterooms consisting of a master suite, one VIP stateroom and two twin staterooms. The lower deck hosts the eight crew with accommodation of two cabins.

Squalo is powered by twin MTU engines that provide her with a top speed of 30 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of 26 knots. She had a last known asking price of $5,500,000.
